Nannies of Green Hills, LLC understands that experience can come from many areas. We will accept references that are prior nanny positions, either short term, long term, full time or part time. We will accept daycare employment for 6 months or more as a reference. We consider repeated nighttime sitting or overnights with a single family to be good experience. We enjoy working with nannies that have had teaching experience, nursing experience or education in child development. We also believe that camp counselors and lifeguards make great nannies for young, active children.
Not at all! Nannies of Green Hills, LLC does not expect you to pay any registration fees or any percentage of your earned wages. There is absolutely no cost to you to join our team!
Most nannies are met and registered within a one-week period. If registration is delayed it is usually due to the fact that we are having a hard time reaching a reference. Nannies that let their references know we will be calling and ask them to return our call quickly find that they are able to begin interviewing in a very short time period.
After your meeting with Andrea, you will begin receiving family profiles to review. Your profile will be sent to the families of your choice the same day of your request. Most nannies are able to meet with the families they have selected the same week, often within 24-48 hours.
