Every nanny in our applicant pool has been personally interviewed and prescreened by the agency owner. We only accept caregivers who meet the following criteria:

Caregiver Pay: Families pay their nanny directly at $25–$30+ per hour, depending on experience and the needs of the booking.
Minimum Booking Requirement: All sitting appointments require a four‑hour minimum.
Agency Booking Fee: A $25 agency fee is applied to each confirmed booking.
Holiday Rates: An increased hourly rate may apply on holidays or peak dates.
Cancellation Policy: If a booking is canceled, a cancellation fee will apply.
