Overview: Active and creative nanny needed for family of 5 in Franklin.
This laid back couple met at the University of Alabama, and have been doing life together ever since. For their careers, Dad is a Sales Manager who travels frequently for work, and Mom is a CPA who goes into the office 3 days per week, and works from home the other 2.
Together the couple has 3 happy and healthy little boys, ages 4, 2 and 6mos. As you can imagine, the boys love their time outside, playing with their cars, or splashing around in the water. But having spent the last 4 years with a nanny who had a fun creative side, they are also very content to be indoors, engaged in an art project.
Their oldest, (B4), has just stated soccer and loves it. He goes to school from 8 to noon, 5 days per week. Next in line is (B2), a sweet and mild mannered toddler who loves everyone. He goes to school 8 to noon, on Fridays. Their youngest, (B6mos) is a very easy baby that is full of smiles. (B6mos) is home full time.
Currently there are No Pets in the home.
Mom and Dad have employed the same wonderful nanny since their oldest was an infant, but sadly, the time has come for her to retire. They say she has been dependable, caring, and has loved the boys as if they were her own. The family has welcomed her artistic side, and appreciated seeing it rub off on their kiddos, and they hope to continue to foster this interest with their new nanny. They also appreciated that she was comfortable communicating the events of the day, and brought important items to their attention when needed. They would like this open line of communication with their next nanny as well.
The family’s ideal candidate is caring and nurturing, responsible, and experienced with multiple age groups. Someone who recognizes learning opportunities, and will encourage creativity and education through play.
Candidates who have cared for young siblings, and who have potty training experience are also preferred.
And because driving is an important part of the nanny’s job description, candidates who are comfortable and experienced transporting children are a must.
Family does not require candidates to have received the Covid Vaccine, Tdap or Flu Shot.
If you are a nanny looking for a fun and active work environment, where you feel like part of the family, this is the job for you!
