Overview: Live-In nanny needed for Family of 4 in Hendersonville.

Mom is a Los Angeles native who has taken a leap of faith and moved she and her boys to the Nashville area for a new start on life. Mom is an employment specialist with a passion for helping others find meaningful work, and an entrepreneurial spirit with plans to start a new staffing business in the very near future. Mom does work from home most days.

Her proudest accomplishments are her 3 boys, ages 4, 2 and 8 months.

Her oldest, (B4) loves being a big brother and helping out. He thrives on reassurance and is a very sweet, and curious spirit.

Next in line is (B2), a gentle soul who loves attention and care when he is ready to receive it. He is playful and sensitive, and enjoys moments of nurturing and love.

The baby (B8mos) is a happy, active baby, who loves being held and playing. His energy keeps everyone on their toes!

All three boys currently attend a year-round daycare.

Mom’s ideal candidate is compassionate, responsible, patient and engaging; a trusted partner who helps her provide stability, love and care for her children. Although the boy’s father lives nearby, the current parenting plan has the boys living with Mom full time, visiting Dad occasionally on weekends. Understanding this, Mom is looking for a collaborative nanny who can be an extra pair of hands when the boys are not in school to help make sure her home continues to run smoothly.

She envisions her nanny’s role to include:

• Supporting her boys emotionally by helping them feel loved and secure, particularly during the transition of her divorce.
• Ensuring their safety and well-being, whether at home, during outings, or while traveling.
• Maintaining structure by adhering to our family’s routines, such as morning prayers, bedtime, school prep, Jiu-Jitsu practice, and story time.
• Helping instill important values, such as kindness, respect, faith, and self-confidence, through positive reinforcement, affirmations, and gentle guidance.
• Assisting with light household duties related to the children, such as tidying up their spaces, changing sheets weekly, and teaching them to keep their room organized.
• Accompanying MOM on family vacations and ensuring the boys stay safe, entertained, and on schedule while traveling.
• Providing dependable care when MOM needs to travel for work or personal reasons, ensuring her children are happy, safe, and maintaining their routines in my absence.

Ultimately, MOM envisions her ideal nanny as someone who will love and support her children while helping her nurture their growth, faith, and happiness in a consistent and meaningful way.

A NOTE FROM MOM: If you are a caring, organized, and faith-rooted individual who loves working with children, we’d love to welcome you into our family. Your role would be vital in providing stability, love, and support as we navigate this beautiful season of life. Thank you for considering joining our family!
