Overview: Fun loving Franklin couple is looking for a nanny to care for their 3 sweet kiddos, ages 4, 2, and 2 months.
This family oriented couple loves life and spending as much time as they can with their 3 kiddos. Mom is an Endodontist, Dad is an Orthodontist, and both work outside of the home. They value family time and have built a great community of friends that are more like family. When not working, they enjoy creative play, getting outside, and weekend cook outs.
Their oldest (G4) is a smart and happy little girl who loves reading books, doing arts and crafts and imaginative play. She plays well with others, and enjoys meeting up for playdates at the neighborhood playground. She attends preschool 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) from 9 AM-2 PM.
Her little brother (B2) is is a very happy and easy going little man. He's a good sleeper and eater, who has almost caught up in size with his sister! (B2) is home more but attends daycare with his sister 2 days a week (Monday and Wednesday ) from 9 AM-2 PM.
The family welcomed their third child (GNB), a sweet baby girl, in September, and are getting acclimated to life as a family of 5! (GNB) has her own nanny who works full time.
The family has 1 pet - an 8 year old Cavapoo - that is low maintenance and very sweet.
This family has a history of working with nannies for a long time. Their first nanny was with them for 3 years and this last nanny was with them for 1.5 years. Sadly, she is moving out of the area to be closer to her family, so Mom and Dad are looking for a new nanny to help with their 2 older children.
The family’s ideal candidate is warm, dependable, patient, calm and playful. Mom and Dad are easy to get along with, and welcome open communication, and want their nanny to be happy and enjoy the important role she has with their family.
Overview of nanny's typical day:
Breakfast
7:30 Nanny arrives and Parents leave for work
Cleanup
Play time
8:30 AM leave for daycare
Play time (snack and water)
11:30 Lunch time
(B2) Nap 12:30-1:30 (on days not in daycare)
2:00 daycare pickup
Playground at daycare with snack and water
Come home and be outside with more water
5:30 parents return - End of Day
During naptime, the family would like help with light housework, including the children’s laundry, dish washing, and some general tidying and play area organization.
****Family does NOT require nanny candidates to have received the Covid vaccine, Flu Shot or TDap.
$27 - $30 per hour, Negotiable
