Overview: Fun and active Nashville couple is looking for a loving and experienced nanny to care for their sweet baby boy, due July 2024.
Dad is a Nashville native who attended law school at Vanderbilt and currently works outside of the home at a Law firm in town. Mom was raised in Colorado, moved to Nashville in 2015 to also attend Vandy, and is currently a VP of Research in Private Equity.
In their spare time, this active couple loves spending time outside, traveling and trying new things.
Also in the home is the family's very sweet, and very friendly 3 year old Golden Retriever named Lou.
The couple's first child, a boy (BNB), is due to arrive this July and Mom and Dad could not be more excited. In May, they unexpectedly received a spot at their preferred daycare, whose hours are 9AM - 3pm, so they are now looking for a nanny that can provide afternoon care for (BNB), while also helping out with House Management as well.
The ideal candidate for this young couple is professional, reliable, kind and trustworthy. As first time parents, they are looking for a nanny who is well versed and experienced in infant care, who can not only assist in caring for (BNB) while they work, but also serve as a teammate who helps their child learn and grow. They have not yet settled in on a particular parenting philosophy, but plan to raise their little guy to be considerate, kind and curious. Communication is very important to this family, so they are hoping to find a nanny that understands this and will provide updates for them throughout the day.
Understanding this is a hybrid Nanny / House Manager position, a caregiver who has experience and is comfortable with both roles is ideal. And because driving children is a requirement of this job, a nanny who is experienced and comfortable driving children is a must.
In summary, this family is looking for someone who wants to grow with them and be around for many years to come, so if you are a nanny looking for a long term position, this is the job for you!
