Overview: Patient and trustworthy nanny needed for soon to be family of 4 in Mt. Juliet.

Although Mom and Dad both attended college at Tennessee Tech, they didn't meet until years later through mutual college friends. Fast forward to today, they are happily married and expecting Baby#2 this June!

For their careers, Mom is an Internal Audit Manager and works (3) days per week, primarily from a home office. Dad is a Partner in a surveying company based in the Carolinas. His work requires him to travel once a month, and when not traveling he also works from home as well.

May 2024 marks a year since they purchased their current home in Mt. Juliet that sits on 5 acres. When not working, this family loves traveling, entertaining their extended family and exploring their new land!

Their oldest (B1) has such a fun and sweet personality. He loves to play outdoors and being a good eater, he definitely loves his dinnertime! (B1) is enrolled in school 5 days a week, but currently only attends 3 days per week. When the new baby arrives, he may start going 4 days on some weeks. So a nanny will likely only have both boys on days when school is closed or (B1) is not feeling well.

(BNB) is due in June of this year, and the family is both excited and anxious to have a household with 2 under 2! (BNB) will be home full time.

Currently there are no pets in the home.

The family's ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, patient and a good communicator. Someone who is well versed in infant care and toddler care, and experienced in caring for more than one child at a time.

Mom and Dad's approach to parenting is to follow a schedule when they can, but they love to travel and be 'on the go,' so they are open to flexibility when needed.

Faith is very important to this couple, and they plan to raise their boys in a way that they too, understand the importance of their faith. In addition, they hope to raise their boys to be respectful, hardworking, caring gentlemen who love and value family as much as their parents do. A nanny who follows these same philosophies would be an ideal fit.

Also, there is a pool on the property, so it is important that a nanny is an experienced swimmer and understands pool safety as well.

A nanny's daily responsibilities will include feeding, diapering, and playing with (BNB) and possibly (B1), and putting them down for naps. It could also include pick ups for (B1) so it is important that a nanny is comfortable and experienced driving children.

If you are a nanny who likes to feel like part of the family, this is the position for you!

Family strongly prefers candidates to have received the TDap and Flu Shot. Covid vaccine is not required.

Overview of a typical day:

Wake time will consist of feedings and playing with baby. During naptime, the family would like clean up of baby's bottles and general tidying, if necessary.
