Overview: Trustworthy, Loving and Experienced nanny needed for sweet baby boy in Nashville.
Mom and Dad met in Nashville 4 years ago through a mutual friend, and both knew very quickly that they had met ‘The One.’ They got married in Park City Utah in 2023, and welcomed their first child (BNB) in the fall of 2024. For their careers, Mom is a Recruiter who works from home full time in a designated work space. Dad is a Real Estate Developer who travels for work often.
In their spare time, they love to travel, whether to the mountains to ski or to the beach for some rest and relaxation. They also enjoy being ‘tourists’ of Nashville, and soaking up everything the city has to offer.
Their little guy (BNB) is 5 months old and an absolute joy - full of smiles and giggles right now. (BNB) made an early appearance, so he is a little on the smaller size for babies his age, but he is growing normally on his own curve, and meeting all milestones – including scooting and trying to crawl already. (BNB) will be home full time.
Mom and Dad consider themselves to be a laid back, and easygoing family. They have found that (BNB) does well with a schedule, but they are okay to veer off course a bit when necessary. They prefer a gentle approach to parenting, and believe you can’t over-love your baby, so they are happy to rock him to sleep as long as he needs it.
The family's ideal candidate is:
Trustworthy and Reliable - Someone who is timely, and who Mom and Dad can trust to take the best care of their son
Nurturing and Caring - Someone who enjoys caring for infants, and who will love on (BNB) and treat him like her own.
Good Communicator – Mom is a great communicator, who is very open and easy to talk to. She would like a nanny with similar type of personality, who will feel comfortable tracking his eating and sleeping schedule, taking good notes, and sharing those with her daily.
Experienced – The family’s ideal candidate is experienced with infants, and can help identify issues like gas, reflux, and know how to mitigate those things.
Faith Based – Although this isn't an absolute must, Mom and Dad are raising (BNB) with a faith based foundation, so someone who respects that or shares common views would be very comforting.
Family does not require candidates to have received the Covid Vaccine, or have an up to date Tdap or Flu Shot.
Overview of nanny's typical day:
AM – Nanny Arrives
Wake windows consist of feeding, playing, and then putting (BNB) back down for naps. The family has playmats, lots of learning and development toys, and sensory toys that would be used during play time. Tummy time can be worked on, and the family would like a nanny to work towards milestones and keep (BNB) on track with age appropriate activities. Once (BNB) is asleep the nanny can help with his laundry, and washing bottles.
PM – End of Day
· $25 - $30 per hour
. Weekly guarantee of hours

The family can offer (2) schedules:
1. Mon/Wed/Thurs
OR
2. Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs
With these hours:
8am – 4pm
8am – 5pm
10 am – 6pm
*Family can offer one of these as a set schedule or is willing to schedule from week to week, depending on what a nanny prefers.
· ASAP – The family would like a nanny as soon as possible, but is patient and can wait for the best fit!
· Family would like a nanny that can commit through the end of 2025. (Roughly 8 to 9 months)
