. Overtime for all hours worked over 40 in a week.

Care is needed to cover Mom’s work days of Tuesdays and Thursdays at a minimum. What has worked well in the past is a work schedule of:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:30 am – 6:30 pm
Wednesdays
7:00 am – 5:00 pm
~34 hours per week
It is important to note that this family is very flexible on hours (outside of Tuesdays and Thursdays) and can collaborate with their nanny on what works best. They can offer shorter hours on Wednesdays, and add half days on Mondays and Fridays for extra hours.
