About: Mom and Dad’s story began over a decade ago, when they met through merging law firms, and became not only a work partners, but life partners as well. As practicing attorneys, life stays pretty busy for them both, but their number one priority will always be their children.
Their oldest, (B6), is a sweet and sensitive little guy, who is often described as an ‘old soul.’ He loves making conversation on all sorts of topics and has recently started reading chapter books on his own, a skill Mom and Dad have cheered on as his biggest fans.
His little sister, (G4), is a confident and silly little girl who loves playing make believe, engaging in creative projects, and playing outdoors.
The baby of the family, (B4mos), arrived in June and is adored and doted on by everyone. He is their miracle baby that had open heart surgery at just 8 days old and is doing great - growing stronger and sweeter with each passing day!
All three are the objects of affection for the family’s furriest member, their hypoallergenic, gentle giant of a dog named Waldo.
Mom and Dad consider themselves a happy, loving family that runs best on a routine. Mom is an artist who loves spending free time in her art studio, a passion that has been passed down to her children, so they spend a lot of time doing crafts and being creative as a family. They also enjoy fresh air activities and make time to get outside as often as possible.
Their parenting style is to show their children love and empathy first, even in instances of discipline, and are teaching their children how to communicate their feelings and express themselves verbally.
Above all, they want to raise kind, honest, and empathetic individuals who always know they are loved, and are confident and content with themselves no matter what season of life they're in.
The Role Within Their Home:
With (B6) and (G4) both in school full time, Mom and Dad are seeking a Nanny who will care for (B4mos) primarily, but who is also able to provide care for all three children when needed for school closings and small breaks. They attend camps during the summer.

And because driving may be needed on occasion, a nanny who is experienced and comfortable driving minors, and who has a clean driving record, is a must.
Family DOES require candidates to have an up to date TDap. Family does not require candidates to have a current Covid Vaccine or annual Flu Shot.
Overview of nanny's typical work day:
8 AM – Nanny arrives
A typical day will involve caring for the baby from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Occasionally, the older children may be home on school days off, such as parent-teacher conference days. When it's just the baby, the day will include some light play (more involved as he grows), feeding him bottles, introducing solid foods as he gets older, taking him on walks, and helping with child-related chores during his naps, such as laundry and tidying toys.
