Overview: Fun Loving and Collaborative Nanny needed for Family of 6 in West Meade.
About: Dad is a busy professional who manages several country music artists. Mom is a former nurse who stepped away from medicine to focus on what mattered most to her: being a SAHM and experiencing the special moments and sweet chaos of daily life with 4 kiddos under the age of 7.
Their oldest (B7) will be 7 this summer and loves his sports, games, and drawing. Next in line, (B6), will be 6 this August, and loves to swim and play with his big brother. Both boys play well independently and do not require lots of supervision in the house. (B7) and (B6) are both in school 5 days a week in Green Hills.
Their little brother, (B3), will be 3 years old this July and is one of the big kids at heart. He is very independent and loves his baby sister dearly. Baby girl, (G2), will be 2 years old in September and is a spit fire. She is very loving and very sweet, but isn’t afraid to tell you what she thinks about any given situation. Both little ones (B3, G2) will attend MDO Tuesdays and Thursdays in Green Hills starting in the fall.
Also in the home are the family’s two dogs: a 9 year old Great Dane and 4 year old Golden Retriever, who are both very sweet and very much a part of the family.
Mom and Dad have had the same wonderful nanny for the last three years, but as their position is transitioning to part time, they are looking for a new Nanny/Mother’s Helper to begin this fall.
The family's ideal candidate is thoughtful, fun loving, proactive, and a team player. Someone who is comfortable working alongside Mom and taking Mom’s lead on the plan of action for the day. Because each day may look a little different than the next, it is important that their nanny has a can-do attitude and flexible to pivot day to day to help with life’s surprises.
Faith is very important to this family. They attend Church regularly at Christ The King, and would consider a nanny who shares in their belief as a valued addition.
Also, Mom and Dad do plan to take several short family trips each year (state side and up to Canada/Mexico) and would like to find a nanny who would be open to joining them on these travels.
Lastly, as there will be Driving involved, a nanny who is experienced and comfortable driving minors, and who has a clean driving record, is a must.
Family does not require candidates to have received the Covid vaccine, flu shot or Tdap vaccine.
Overview of nanny’s typical day:
Nanny Arrives: Mid Day
Nanny/Mothers Helper will primarily help with two little ones as Mom will be shuttling big kids around in the afternoon to activities.
Daily responsibilities will include feeding, diapering, playing with the toddlers (taking them on outings and having fun!), and putting kids down for naps. During naptime the family would like their nanny to help with meal prep for the littles and tidying the kitchen afterwards, occasional pet care (letting the dogs out and filling their food bowls), and general pick up at the end of the day.
End of Day: 6/7 PM
*It is important to note that the family would like a nanny who is flexible to care for the older kids in the event that Mom is needed for the younger two, to stay late if needed when Dad is out of town, and to join the family at dinnertime whenever she likes.
$25 - $28 per hour
Weekly guarantee of (18) hours

· The family is flexible but would like a start date of Late July / Early August 2026.
· This position requires a nanny to be able to commit to at least a year of employment. If you are looking for a long-term position, please take this position into consideration as they plan on employing a nanny for several years to come!

6 hours per day, between the hours of 12 Noon and 7 PM
