Overview: Warm and Nurturing Full Time nanny needed in Green Hills.
Mom is originally from a small two-stoplight town about an hour outside of Nashville. She moved to Knoxville to attend the University of Tennessee’s nursing school and returned to Nashville eight years ago to begin working in the Pediatric Emergency Room at Centennial Hospital, where she immediately fell in love with the fast pace of the ER and the opportunity to care for children and their families during difficult moments. She has remained in pediatric emergency nursing ever since and now serves as the nursing manager — a role that has brought new challenges and deeper commitment to her team and patients.
Mom and Dad met seven years ago thanks to her best friend, who introduced them at a one-year-old’s birthday party. They began dating during the height of COVID, and their relationship blossomed through picnic dates and quiet nights in. Dad, a Nashville native, studied business at Ole Miss before returning home to work in his family’s shredding and storage business. Though it was the expected path, Dad discovered his true passion lay in fashion and design. After receiving a custom suit from his father, he became inspired to launch his own custom clothing company, Richards Bespoke. His business quickly grew, eventually attracting high-profile clients like Celebrity Athletes. With increasing interest from women seeking custom clothing, he opened a second shop this year, Richard’s Shespoke.
Both Mom and Dad work outside of the home full time.
When not working, Mom and Dad enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, trying new restaurants, and now exploring new places with their son. Dad also enjoys golfing, and Mom often joins him to walk the course.
In August, they welcomed their first child, (B3mos) who has quickly captured their hearts. (B3mos) is a joyful and active baby who loves smiling, cooing, exploring with his hands, and playing in his gym. He enjoys walks, bath time, and kicking around during play. Mom has cherished her maternity leave and is now seeking someone to continue providing one-on-one care for her little guy when she returns to work. (B3mos) will be home full time.
Also in the home is the couple’s beloved French bulldog, Frankie, who they consider their “first baby.” Frankie is gentle, loving, and protective of his new little brother.
As a parenting style, Mom and Dad enjoy structure and tend to keep (B3mos) on a schedule. They value a clean and organized home, using nap times to reset and tidy. Faith is central to their lives, and they hope to raise their son with a strong foundation rooted in kindness, gratitude, and respect. Their hope is to find a nanny who will blend seamlessly into their lives, become part of their family, and help raise (B3mos) in alignment with their values.
The family's ideal candidate is:
Safe: Someone who will prioritize the safety and wellbeing of (B3mos) at all times.
