Overview: Professional Full Time Nanny/Family Assistant needed in Brentwood.

Dad is a very busy ‘serial entrepreneur’ who has shared custody of his older children, ages 13 and 8, and currently has his kiddos one week on and one week off. He is currently working out the parenting plan for his youngest who is 7 months old.

His oldest (B13) is a very well-behaved young man, who just needs a little guidance to stay on track. He stays active with soccer and golf, and is a great ‘big brother’ to his younger siblings. (B13) is in school full time.

His little sister (G8) is a happy little girl who is very easy to be around. She listens well and is considered Dad’s ‘rule follower.’ In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and gymnastics. (G8) is in school full time.

The baby of the family is (B7mos), a cheerful little guy that is rarely fussy and enjoys following a routine. He is bright and inquisitive, and learning new things every day. As stated above, the parenting plan for (B7mos) is still being worked out, but it will likely involve week on/week off care. On his weeks with Dad, (B7mos) will be home full time.

Dad considers his children to be his greatest accomplishments, and always makes time to be involved and present in their daily activities. He believes in honesty and open communication, and maintaining a consistent schedule for them. And when there is down time, he enjoys taking them hunting, fishing, and traveling to interesting places.

Warm and Kind: Someone who will love his children and is invested in their growth and development, both emotionally and scholastically.

Flexible: Someone who has the ability to pivot and adjust hours from time to time to cover for times when Dad has to travel for work, or if he has a function that may carry over into the evening.

Available for Travel: For trips where Dad has all 3 children, he would like a nanny that is available to travel with him, all expenses paid, and help out with the baby.
Experienced and Professional: Someone who has experience and is comfortable supporting both childcare and home operations, and helping manage the day-to-day needs of the household.
Likes to Cook: This is not a requirement because Dad enjoys cooking, but if a nanny were to also like to cook, he would appreciate assistance in getting homecooked meals prepared for the children.
And because Driving will be needed a nanny who is experienced and comfortable driving minors, and who has a clean driving record, is a must.
