Overview: This Bellevue family recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl, (GNB), and is seeking a nurturing, reliable nanny to join them long‑term.
About: Mom and Dad met shortly after she moved to Nashville three years ago. Their connection was immediate, and their relationship has been rooted in warmth, shared values, and a deep love for community. Mom is an HR professional with over a decade of experience in the start‑up tech world, and she thrives in her work. Dad, a true Nashville native, has a natural gift for connecting with others—a strength that led him into a successful career in sales.
Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of everything Middle Tennessee has to offer. Their home is lively and full of love, shared with their two pets: Atlas, their eight‑year‑old giant schnauzer, and Jax, their five‑year‑old orange tabby cat.
The couple recently welcomed their first child, (GNB), who has already brought so much joy into their home. She is still very early in her development, and her parents have established a gentle rhythm of tummy time, classical music, and simple sensory activities to support her growth.
(GNB) keeps to a regular feeding schedule and genuinely enjoys mealtime. She responds beautifully to cues and often lets her caregivers know what she needs. She is a happy, sweet baby with a calm, engaging presence — a little one who thrives with loving attention and predictable routines.
Mom and Dad describe themselves as laid‑back but structured—especially when it comes to caring for (GNB). A tidy, organized home matters to them, and they value a calm, predictable rhythm for their daughter. As a conservative Christian household, they are seeking a nanny who respects and upholds their values in both presence and communication.
The Family’s Ideal Candidate is:
This family is seeking a nanny who is warm, nurturing, and deeply experienced with infants. They value someone who is confident in supporting newborn development, communicates clearly, and respects their roles as mother and father. Their ideal match is someone who is gentle, patient, and professional — a caregiver who understands the significance of their role and approaches it with intention.
The family does not have any vaccine requirements for candidates.
A Day in the Role:
11 AM – Nanny arrives
The nanny’s day will center around caring for (GNB) during working hours. While her schedule is still developing, the role will include:
Supporting early developmental activities (tummy time, classical music, sensory play)
Feeding on her established schedule
Diapering and changing
Maintaining a calm, screen‑free environment
Providing loving, attentive care throughout the day
During (GNB)’s naps, the nanny will assist with light household tasks such as baby laundry, light meal prep, emptying the dishwasher, and tidying common areas.
No driving is required at this time.
4:00/5:00 pm – End of Day
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who feels called to support a family rooted in faith, connection, and intentional parenting. Mom and Dad are excited to welcome someone who will grow with them, support their daughter’s early years, and become a trusted, steady presence in their home.
