Overview: Loving and Nurturing Full Time Nanny needed for Family of 4 in Nolensville.

Mom and Dad met during the Covid pandemic, when Dad was working as a Pain Medicine Physician, and Mom was just beginning her Life Coaching Practice. After a year of dating they got married, and a short year after that, they welcomed their first child. They spent the next three years living in the Bay Area, until, after traveling to Nashville for a conference, they picked up and moved their little family all the way to Tennessee, to start a new chapter.

For their careers, Dad works in Medicine and works from a home office 3 weeks out of the month, and then is out of state one week a month. Mom is a Business Coach and Orthodontist and works from a home office 4 days a week, and out of the home 1 day per week.

When not working, they spend as much time together as a family as possible.

Together the couple has 2 children.

Their oldest, (G3), turned 3 in April. She is incredibly smart and physically active, and always eager to explore and learn. Her little brother, (B2), shares her same energy and curiosity, and equally enjoys engaging in new experiences. Both children love reading, playing with their toys, and are even learning to speak Russian, which has been a fun and exciting journey for the whole family! (G3) is in school 3 days per week.

Currently there are no pets in the home.

Mom and Dad consider themselves to be an easy-going, laid-back family, but when it comes to their kiddos, they follow a structured schedule to keep consistency and balance in their daily routine. They prioritize positive discipline, and guide their children with patience and understanding, while fostering a loving and respectful environment.

 The family's ideal candidate is:

Loving and Nurturing: Someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, and can provide a caring and safe environment where they feel cherished and supported.

Punctual and Reliable: Someone who will be at work on time, who can be counted on to follow the children’s schedules and age appropriate activities, and updating them as they grow. With both Mom and Dad maintaining very full-time work schedules, they need someone who can seamlessly take over the structured routine they have established, helping their children maintain stability and consistency.

A Good Communicator: Communication is the key to successful Nanny/Parent relationships. Mom and Dad want a relationship with their nanny where they are able to openly discuss both children’s needs and development, and know that their nanny will be open to feedback when appropriate.

Mature and Responsible: Someone who is reliable and honest, and who will keep their children’s safety, health and well-being as their top priority.

Family does not require candidates to have received the Covid vaccine, or have a current Flu Shot or Tdap.
