About:
Mom and Dad are both Nashville natives, with a story that stretches all the way back to meeting in high school. They weren’t highschool sweethearts, but they did stay connected through their college years, and found their way back together after college.
For their careers, Mom works from home four days a week as a Product Manager, and Dad is an attorney who works at his office downtown.
Because their workdays are full, they are intentional about filling their downtime with family and friends, getting outside whenever they can, and most of all, soaking up this sweet season with their sweet little boys.
Their oldest (B1), is an energetic, curious, and incredibly happy 15monthold who loves exploring, and has recently discovered dancing — which has quickly become one of his favorite activities. Their youngest arrived on July 8, (BNB), and is still in those newborn weeks of eating, sleeping, and soaking up lots of cuddles. Both boys are home full time.
Also in the home is the family’s 7 year old fur baby, a sweet Border Collie Mix, who is loving her role as big sister to her two little brothers!
Mom and Dad describe their family as laidback, flexible, and familyfocused. They value having a predictable routine because it helps everyone have a smoother day, but they’re also realistic and understand that life with young children doesn’t always go according to plan. They believe in responsive, attentive parenting, and want their children to feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore and learn.
The family’s ideal candidate feels like an extension of their family — someone who is dependable, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys helping little ones learn, play, and grow. Someone who has experience caring for more than 1 child at a time, and has monitored and supported developmental milestones. They prefer a screenfree, interactive play environment, and someone who communicates in a helpful and timely way. Kindness matters deeply to them, as does someone who is naturally tidy and organized, especially in shared play and kitchen spaces. They’re looking for a nanny who will feel at home in their household, and who will become an important part of their boys’ lives over the coming years.
Family appreciates candidates who have current vaccines, but does not 100% require for placement.
