Overview: Hillsboro/West End couple looking for a loving, energetic full time nanny for their soon to be 4 year old identical twin girls, born June 2022.
About: The last several years have been a whirlwind for this couple, getting adjusted to being parents for the first time and of identical twins. They feel like they are finally settling in getting in the groove. The heart of their home is the kitchen, and their girls have already started to show their love of helping out with cooking and baking. Outside of cooking, Dad enjoys gardening, brewing his own beer, and collecting special whiskeys. Mom enjoys crafting and decorating and has recently gotten back in to barre and running. For their professions, both Mom and Dad have Doctorates in Pharmacy and mom works out of the home or travels, Dad works in the retail pharmacy setting.
The girls are happy, loving, funny and active as preschoolers. They are active kids, that are eager to learn new things. They love to spend time outdoors playing, are very in to imagination play together, they love to do arts and crafts and read. They enjoy trips to the library, park , zoo, science museum and indoor playgrounds. They really are best friends.
The other ‘girl’ in the house is the family’s 6 year old Boxer, who is in love with her sisters, and needs to be involved in most of their daily activities. She is a very affectionate and spirited dog, who listens most of the time, but has also been known to eat birthday cakes off the kitchen counter.
The family’s ideal candidate is loving, nurturing, energetic and fun. Someone who will keep their daughters safe at all times and have fun doing activities with the girls. And because Driving will be a part of a nanny’s typical day, caregivers who are experienced and comfortable driving minors, and who has a clean driving record, is a must.
Overview of a typical day:
Nanny Arrives: 8 AM
Daily care will be for the twins and will include making breakfast and lunch, playtime, engaging them in stem and art activities and imagination play, taking them to an out of the house activity. They have typical daily schedule. The girls are potty trained. They would like help with the twin’s laundry, keeping the kitchen tidy and organized, and general pick up at the end of the day.
End of Day: 4 PM
Family requires candidates to have received and be up to date on TDap and Flu Shots.
$25 - $30 per hour
Weekly guarantee of hours
Overtime for all hours worked over 40 in a week.

This position requires a nanny to be able to commit from MAY 1, 2026 to AUG 15, 2026, with the possibility of extending from there.

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
*Flexibility for some evening shifts and some weekends is needed, depending on mom’s travel schedule
