About: Mom was born and raised right here in Williamson County, and was introduced to Dad through a mutual acquaintance while out one evening in Nashville. The two bonded over shared interests and a love of music, and what started out as friendship, quickly grew into something more, and the two became an ‘official’ couple in no time.
 
Life since then has been an adventure, filled with international travel and a move out to the West Coast for Mom’s job. Flash forward to today, and they are returning to Franklin with two kiddos in tow, to re-establish their life here is and reconnect with family and friends. 
 
For their careers, Mom is an Account Manager for Amazon and Dad works in Product Marketing for a Software Start Up, and both parents work from home full time in designated work spaces.
 
Outside of work, they love spending time outdoors, and soaking up family time on the weekends. 
 
Their oldest, (B3) is almost three, and is a curious, energetic and very articulate little guy. He loves music and animals, and monster trucks, and Mom and Dad say if he could run and play outside all day, every day, he would. (B3) attends preschool T/TH, and will be home M/W/F. 
 
Their youngest, (G7mos), is a sweet and easy-going baby, who loves and adores her big brother and watches his every move. She’s getting more mobile by the day, and looks to be following big brother’s adventurous spirit, as she seems very excited to start exploring her world. (G7mos) will be home full time.
 
Also in the home is the couple’s Husky Koda and their Chihuahua-mix Corky, who are both sweet boys and are very much a part of the family’s routine.
 
Mom and Dad consider themselves to be a loving and down-to-earth Christian family who values kindness, earnestness, and positive energy. They like to keep routines in place for their children, but will always be flexible when life gets busy. And although they take pride in keeping their home organized and tidy, they embrace the daily chaos that comes with raising two small children.

Adventurous Spirit : Someone who loves and is comfortable taking the kids out. Whether that’s the zoo, park, library, community events or play dates, both kiddos love being social and getting out of the house. 
Adaptable: There may be days when Mom or Dad have a quick break at work, and they would like someone receptive to them joining playtime for a few minutes or taking the kiddos on a walk. 
And because Driving will be needed on occasion, a nanny who is experienced and comfortable driving minors is a must.
 
 
 
Overview of nanny's typical work day:
 
8:30 am – Nanny Arrives
(B3) goes to preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mom and Dad will take him to school in the morning, but may have a nanny pick him up in the afternoons.
Nanny will care for (G7mos) Monday through Friday, and will care for both (G7mos) and (B3) Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
A typical day will include following the children’s daily routine, including meals and snacks, naps, planned activities and outdoor play.
During naptime, if time allows, the family would like a nanny to assist with light household tasks such as children’s laundry, children’s dishes, simple meal prep, and general tidying at the end of the day.
End of Day: 4:30 PM
