Overview: Attentive and Engaging Nanny needed for 2 active boys in Hillsboro Village.
About: Originally from Buffalo, New York, Mom packed up and moved south to Music City thirteen years ago to pursue her career as a signed songwriter. Little did she know, that at a songwriting workshop in 2012, she would meet Dad, and the two would spend the next eight years enjoying their life in Nashville before tying the knot in 2020.
Flash forward to today, and the couple now lives in Hillsboro Village, with their two little boys and are expecting their third later this summer.
Their oldest, (B3), is bright, energetic, and imaginative little guy. He loves Spider‑Man, dinosaurs, puzzles, and building what he calls “nests” out of his pillows, blankets, toys and anything else he can find around the house. He is fully potty trained and thrives with playful engagement and gentle structure. (B3) is home full time.
His little brother, (B16mos), is affectionately known as Smiley because he truly is always happy. He’s an easygoing, go‑with‑the‑flow, sweet little one who adores music and dancing. He will drop anything — even a snack — to dance to Bruce Springsteen. The boys are a sweet pair who play beautifully together and genuinely enjoy each other’s company. (B16mos) is also home full time.
Both brothers are very excited to welcome their new baby brother or baby sister later this summer!
Mom and Dad describe themselves as a very close family who enjoys spending most of their time together. They lean toward gentle parenting while still maintaining clear boundaries and consistency. They value a tidy, organized home and prefer to keep their space calm and uncluttered, especially since life with little ones can feel full on its own. They encourage their older son to help pick up after himself and aim to create an environment where their children feel secure, supported, and free to explore.

Overview of nanny's typical work day:
Nanny arrives: 10 am
Daily activities will include caring for both boys. This includes engaging playtime (both indoors and outside), preparing lunch and snacks, and supervising reading/rest time. The family would like the nanny to help with the boy’s dishes and also tidying their toys at the end of the day.
End of Day: 4pm
· $25 - $30 per hour

· ASAP – The family would like a nanny in place as soon as possible, but they are patient and will wait for the best fit.
· This position requires a nanny to be able to commit to at least a year of employment. If you are looking for a long-term position, please take this position into consideration as they plan on employing a nanny for several years to come!
Care is needed (3) days per week.
This family is very flexible on days prior to hire, but would like to work out a set schedule with a nanny once hired.
