About:
Mom and Dad moved to Nashville from South Africa in 2022 and have loved building their life and community here. For their careers, Dad leads a nonprofit organization, and Mom works as an Executive Assistant at a downtown hotel.

The couple’s greatest joy is their son, (B4mos), who was born in April. Mom and Dad say he is a very sweet little boy who loves cuddles, being talked to, going for walks, and discovering new things every day. He is responding well to simple routines, and is normally only fussy when he’s hungry or needs a diaper change. At just 4 months old, he is already the heart of their home and a delight to care for. (B4mos) is home full time.
The family also shares their home with Luna, their friendly 4yearold Labrador who loves being around people and is very much part of the family.

Mom and Dad describe their home as faith-based, and are looking for someone who shares their Christian values and can help reinforce a loving, kind, faithcentered environment as their little one grows. They value a calm, nurturing approach with babies — engaging through play, reading, singing, tummy time, and supporting each developmental milestone with patience and joy. Their hope is to create a home where their little one feels safe, connected, and deeply loved throughout each day.

The family’s ideal candidate:
Feels like family — More than anything, Mom and Dad hope to welcome someone who feels like an extension of their family during this special season.

Kindness — They’re looking for someone who brings gentleness, patience, and a joyful spirit to each day.
Integrity — They value a nanny who is trustworthy, steady, and consistent in both care and communication.
Open communication — Clear, honest communication matters to them, and they appreciate a nanny who partners with them in creating a smooth routine.

Warm, joyful presence — Someone who delights in engaging with babies through play, reading, singing, tummy time, and supporting developmental milestones.
Family REQUIRES candidates to have a current Tdap.
