ABOUT: Mom and Dad’s story began long before they ever imagined building a family together. Their fathers were best friends, so they grew up sideby-side, and after reconnecting postcollege, they saw each other in a different light, and the rest, you can say, is history.
For their careers, Mom is an Attorney who now works parttime managing her mother’s small medical group, and Dad is in Construction Sales. When not working, they love exercising, traveling, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying their hobbies. - Mom is a knitter and Mahjong enthusiast, while Dad is a devoted Titans fan.
Together the couple has 3 children.
Their oldest, (G6) is a bright, independent, active, and wonderfully imaginative little girl. She calls herself the “pajama queen” and loves arts and crafts. (G6) attends Elementary School in Nashville.
Her little brother (B2.5) is pure joy — sweet, polite, happy, and full of curiosity. He loves cars, construction vehicles, and painting. (B2.5) goes to preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Rounding out the bunch is (GNB), a perfect little baby who has been sleeping through the night since she was four weeks old. She’s beginning to smile, engage and “talk,” and brings her own brand of sweetness to the home. (GNB) is home full time.
Mom and Dad describe their family as closeknit, active, and deeply familyoriented. They love spending time together and try not to take themselves too seriously.
Their parenting style is loving, consistent, and supportive. They encourage independence while teaching kindness, respect, good manners, and responsibility. They value structure and boundaries, but also plenty of room for exploration, play, and childhood joy. Above all, they want their home to feel safe, loving, and comfortable — a place where their children can be fully themselves.

The Role Within Their Home

Mom and Dad strive to be as hands on as possible, but with three little ones on three different schedules, Mom and Dad are looking for a dependable, nurturing nanny who can provide consistent, attentive care while helping keep the family’s days running smoothly.

The Family’s Ideal Candidate Is:
Kind, warm, and genuinely nurturing: Someone who truly enjoys being with children and brings a loving, engaged presence to their days. Their ideal nanny is affectionate, attentive, and takes genuine joy in building a meaningful relationship with the children.

A strong communicator: Someone who communicates openly, honestly, and respectfully with Mom and Dad. They value a nanny who keeps them informed, is receptive to feedback, and approaches their relationship as a collaborative partnership.
A true partner and long-term fit: Above all, Mom and Dad hope to welcome someone who feels like part of their family. They are looking for a trusted partner who can provide loving engagement and consistency for their children, while also understanding and respecting the importance of family time.
