Overview: Loving Full-Time Nanny Needed for Two Young Children in Nashville

Mom and Dad’s story began in Philadelphia, PA, when they were introduced on a blind date by a mutual friend - back when blind dates were still a thing! At that time, Dad had plans to move to California for school, so within a few months of their relationship, and without hesitation, Mom moved as well, and together they spent eight years building a life in the Bay Area.

Before having children, Mom worked in education, supporting students with learning challenges and later became a Learning Specialist, while Dad pursued a career as a Clinical Psychologist and now runs a private practice both in Nashville and California. Dad works outside of the home full time.

When not working, Mom and Dad share a love of travel, exercise, dining out, relaxing at home and spending time with family and friends.

Together the couple has two young daughters, and is expecting a baby boy in the spring!

Their oldest, (G3), is creative and loves arts and crafts, coloring and painting. She has a strong imagination and can play independently with dolls and toys easily. She attends a Jewish Montessori preschool (3) mornings a week from 9am – 12 noon, and participates in speech therapy, where she has made wonderful progress. (G3) will be going to school (5) day per week starting in January.
Her little sister (G1) is a lot of fun and very easy going. She is learning to walk and talk, enjoys playing with her sister, and delights in music and all things Moana. Both girls enjoy weekly music classes, and playdates and meetups with other families. (G1) is home full time.

Everyone is excited to welcome baby brother, (BNB), who is set to arrive in late March 2026.

Currently, there are no pets in the home.

Mom and Dad consider themselves to be a close and loving family who values kindness and respect, and have built a home that is a place of calm and relaxation. Their parenting approach emphasizes warmth, consistency, and respect, encouraging their children to grow in confidence and creativity, while knowing they are deeply cared for and supported.

They are also strongly connected to their faith and celebrate Shabbat dinners on Friday evenings, fostering a rhythm of tradition and togetherness in their home.

Clean and Tidy: Someone who maintains a neat household and supports the children in developing good habits around cleaning up toys, baths, and daily routines.
