ABOUT:
Although Mom is a Nashville Native and Dad hails from just north of the city in Hendersonville, it was a chance meeting on Bumble that led them to each other, and the rest, you can say, is history.
Although they have much in common, it is their adventurous spirit that shines through - especially in their careers - as both are entrepreneurs who operate their own businesses. Mom is the owner of a local Gifting Company, and Dad owns a very successful Project Management Business.
When not working, this sweet couple enjoys traveling, skiing, going to the beach, trying new restaurants, and attending sporting events and concerts.
In the fall of 2024, they welcomed their biggest adventure, their first child, (G2), and they couldn’t be happier. They call her Miss Personality, and say she loves being social, snuggling, going on walks, reading, playing outside, and going on adventures! She loves to dance and laughs at everything, and is a big food girlie too! (G2) goes to preschool 3 days a week and is home on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Also in the home is the couple’s 5 year old, very sweet and very loving Chocolate Lab, Winnie.
Mom and Dad consider themselves to be a fairly laid-back family. They tend to keep their daughter on a schedule, but understand that life happens sometimes, and don’t worry too much on the days when flexibility is needed.
The family's ideal candidate is:
Reliable and Dependable: Someone who will be at work on time and also attentive to their daughter’s schedule.
Responsible: Someone who will love their daughter and keep her safe and away from harm.
Experienced: Someone who is nurturing and patient, understands developmental milestones, and is able to adapt to a baby’s ever-changing routine.
Tidy: Someone who will help keep their daughter’s room and play areas neat and tidy.
And because Driving will be needed for fun outings, a nanny who is experienced and comfortable driving minors, and who has a clean driving record, is a must.
Family does NOT require candidates to have received the Covid Vaccine, Tdap or Flu Shot.
Overview of nanny's typical work day:
Nanny arrives: 8 or 9 am
Daily activities include caring for (G2): feeding her meals, engaging during wake times, putting her down for her nap, and changing diapers.
During Naptime, the family would like a nanny to assist with her laundry and dishes and keeping her room/play area tidy.
End of Day: Between 4 or 5 pm
$25 - $30 per hour

· This position requires a nanny to be able to commit to at least a year of employment. If you are looking for a long-term position, please take this position into consideration as they plan on extending their family and employing a nanny for many years to come!
