Overview: Fun and Collaborative Nanny needed for a family of 5 living in Franklin and moving to Brentwood later this year.
Mom and Dad met in 2012 while attending Dental School together in San Francisco. Flash forward to today, and the couple has 3 beautiful children. For their careers, Dad is an Orthodontist who works 3.5 days per week and Mom is an Endodontist who works 4 days per week, with both parents working outside the home.
Their oldest (G4) is a fierce and talkative girl who will turn 5 this July and will attend Kindergarten starting in August.
Her little brother (B2) is a smiley and independent guy who is turning 3, also in July! (B2) Will go so school 9am - 2pm.
The baby (G9 months) is a true joy—happy, silly, and eager to catch up to her older siblings.
(G4) and (B2) have had a nanny since December that will continue to work for the family on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We would like an additional nanny to help with the baby (G9 months) and a little House Management as well!
Also in the home is the family's 9 year old Cavapoo, who is very sweet.
Mom and Dad are very hands on parents, who value family time together - like sitting down for meals, evening bedtime routines and having fun on the weekends.
This sweet couple envisions their nanny as a true member of their family, who will be with them for many years to come. Their ideal candidate will be fun and creative, and able to come up with activities that engage (NB) and keep their little one away from screens as much as possible.
And because a caregiver may be driving the children for outings, and school pick ups and drop offs, nannies who are experienced and comfortable transporting small children are required.
Understanding this is a hybrid Nanny / House Manager position, caregivers who have experience and are comfortable with both roles is ideal.

Overview of nanny's typical day:
8:30 AM - Nanny Arrives
On Mondays, Nanny will take on the role of House Manager, with some childcare/transportation needed for (G4) and (B2)
Tuesday through Friday, nanny will be primarily responsible for (G9 months).
Nanny will help put (G9 months) down for a nap, changing diapers and then engaging (G9 months) in developmentally appropriate activities like outside time, reading, and engagement with toys.
4:30 PM - End of Day
House Management responsibilities can include:
Grocery shopping as needed
Food prep for children
Laundry/Linens
Present shopping and wrapping
Returns or exchanges
Shopping + errands
Seasonal shopping for children
Maintaining a list of items the family is running low on
Maintaining Family Calendar and notifying of changes
Family does not require candidates to have an up to date TDap, Flu Shot, or Covid vaccine.

· Weekly guarantee of hours

Monday through Friday
~ 40 hours per week
· ASAP - The family would like a caregiver in place as soon as possible, but can be patient and wait for the right person.
