About: Mom and Dad are a warm, grounded couple building their life together in East Nashville’s South Inglewood neighborhood. They met online during the quiet, uncertain days of COVID, quickly formed the kind of friendship that made everything else feel easy, and then married in 2024.
For their careers, Mom is a pediatric dentist practicing in Clarksville, a place that has always felt like home despite her upbringing as a military child. She has a calm, steady presence and a love for simple pleasures — psychological thrillers, romance novels, Pilates, weight lifting, and slow, wandering trips through Trader Joe’s. Dad, originally from Chicago, works as a Sales Director and Nashville General Manager for a fintech company. He follows a hybrid schedule and fills his free time with golf, bike rides, and movie nights.
The couple welcomed their first child, (BNB), in March, and say their little guy is a cool and calm baby, who is already mimicking facial expressions and enjoys playing peek-a-boo! Currently, his favorite activities include drinking his ‘milkies,’ listening to music, hanging out in his bouncer, and playing with his tummy time toys! His only love-hate relationship to date is with the ceiling fan. (BNB) is home full time.
Mom and Dad describe their home as structured, yet intentional. With both parents balancing full schedules during the week, they rely on clear routines to keep their home running smoothly, so they can make the most of the they have together when not working.
As new parents, they are learning and growing alongside their baby, paying close attention to his cues and responding quickly to his needs. They are preferring not to use the ‘cry it out’ method, and believe that at this age, a baby can never be held too much or given too much comfort. Being present is a priority, and they are maintaining a no-screen environment during his wake windows, allowing their little one to experience a world full of faces, voices, and gentle engagement.

Overview of nanny's typical work day:
7 AM – Nanny arrives
Nanny’s day will consist of full care for (BNB). This includes diaper changes, feedings, tummy time, naps, playtime and outdoor time, weather permitting.
During the baby’s naps, the family would like help with light housekeeping tasks including the baby’s laundry, baby’s dishes and keeping his nursery stocked and tidy.
6:00 pm: End of Day
· $26 - $28 per hour
. Weekly guarantee of (33) hours

· ASAP – Although the family would like a nanny in place as soon as possible, they are patient and will wait for the best candidate.
· This position requires a nanny to be able to commit to at least a year of employment. If you are looking for a long-term position, please take this position into consideration as they plan on employing a nanny for the long term
